Return and Refund Policy

Our return policy is designed to provide a seamless process for our valued customers. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

For a trouble-free return experience, please ensure that your item is in pristine condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that 'Clearance' items, as well as this handcrafted ceramic vase, are final sale and non-returnable.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected], providing your order number, the item(s) for return, and the reason (e.g., sizing, expectations, style preference). Our responsive customer service team will confirm your return within 24 to 48 hours, along with clear instructions for processing.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for obtaining and purchasing the return shipping label. Please ensure to acquire and pay for the return label independently within your return window. After shipping the return, kindly send us the tracking number associated with the shipment. This will allow us to track the package and facilitate the processing of your return more efficiently.

All returns must be shipped to us within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. Returns sent beyond this period will be declined.

Damages and Issues: Thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exceptions: Regrettably, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired item to ensure a speedy process.

Refunds: Upon receiving your return, we'll promptly inspect the item and issue a full refund to your store credit. While we refund the product price in full, please note that delivery charges won't be refunded if your order didn't qualify for free shipping (order value less than $149).

Additionally, please note that if the item(s) returned from the order cause the recalculated order total to drop below $149, a free shipping order will be charged shipping.

Please be aware that items purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set. Refunds or exchanges for individual items from a set are not possible.

Sheahealing reserves the right to reject returns at our discretion. In such cases, the items will be returned to you.

Gifts: If your return includes gifts, they must be returned with the entire order. For partial returns, please return the items to which the gifts were originally attached.

We will promptly notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, indicating whether the refund is approved. If approved, expect an automatic refund to your store credit within our store within 5 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for missing packages, and we do not refund any fees or charges imposed by your bank, credit card company, or others for processing transactions or refunds related to your order.
